I've bought and sold many homes in my life, and Candace was by far the best Realtor® I've ever had! For my Carlsbad property, we settled on a sales price based on neighborhood comps and my improvements. I have a good design sense, but she added that "HGTV" touch to arranging my "stuff". She had incredible professional photos done of my home, which made it look stunning. Then came the Open House - and the bidding war! And my goodness, she handled those multiple bids very well!
