I've bought and sold many homes in my life, and Candace was by far the best Realtor® I've ever had! For my Carlsbad property, we settled on a sales price based on neighborhood comps and my improvements. I have a good design sense, but she added that "HGTV" touch to arranging my "stuff". She had incredible professional photos done of my home, which made it look stunning. Then came the Open House - and the bidding war! And my goodness, she handled those multiple bids very well! Candace has great integrity, and the buyer and I were very pleased with the transaction. And of course, as a professional, she handled all the details of the transaction from soup to nuts, dealing with difficult mortgage loans on the buyer's end, and repair/cleaning/moving on my end. I just bought a waterfront home in Annapolis, and my new Realtor® was "good enough", but she's not Candace!

When it came time to sell an inherited condo unit being used as a rental, we needed someone far more capable than the average real estate agent. We were 3000 miles away and had many other issues on our plate.
